January in Scotland, the sun sets before 4 pm. The moon is out whilst there's still some fading day light. The sun doesn't come out fully till some time after 8am.
I've been going to bed at dusk, and getting up well before dawn.
That means less telly watching, and more time to do stuff. Enjoying it so far, let's see how long I'd keep this new habit.
